AboutTool DesignUtilising the benefits of Auto-CAD, allied to wire erosion technology, we achieve an efficient progression between stages of production in the design and development of our tool-making. Working closely with clients in the design and development of their components is part of that process. Lead time for design development and manufacture has been significantly reduced due to the ability to select 'on screen' only the relevant data for a specific tooling task, from a complex design. This data is then transferred directly to each wire eroder, eliminating time-consuming re-drawing. We have seven Auto CAD stations; five are for Design and two are for Project Engineering. Drawings are accepted in Autocad DWG and DXF, Autodesk Inventor, IGES, and STEP formats. You can submit a Quotation Request, uploading all necessary files, via this website.
