AboutStampingWe are not a general job shop, but a focused producer of precision stampings. We aim to ensure our expertise is not diluted. With multi-out dies and constant speeds of up to 1,200 strokes per minute – based on a 3-shift work schedule – we have the capacity to produce up to six hundred and fifty million stampings per month with our complement of Bruderer presses. A computer-linked press monitoring system regulates press efficiency as well as real-time stock levels. The raw material store complements this high level of production capability with available stock that includes phosphor-bronze, beryllium copper, copper iron, nickel iron, brass, stainless and mild steel. Our quality assurance programme includes raw materials.
